Eating out each and everyday is no way to live, but if you’re a busy working professional and you do eat out a lot, try to eat out in the right places. You could even try finding vegetarian or vegan places, because they’re often packed with tasty fibre-rich meals! Start thinking outside the box a little and rather than going to Nandos, try to find a place that has a menu that’s a little bit better for your body.
